This is a fully remote, U.S.-based position. Applicants must permanently reside in the United States. About Offer Now IdahoAt Offer Now Idaho, we help homeowners navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives. We believe in operating with integrity, pursuing growth, creating financial freedom, and learning through challenges. We're looking for a driven, highly organized professional to manage our real estate transactions from contract to closing. This is not a traditional transaction coordinator role, and we are not looking for real estate agents or aspiring Realtors. In this role, you'll take complete ownership of each transaction, serving as the primary point of contact for everyone involved. You'll manage timelines, solve problems, communicate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure every transaction moves efficiently from start to finish. We're far more interested in your ability to learn quickly, adapt, and persevere than in your previous real estate experience. What You'll DoYou'll independently manage the entire contract-to-close process, including communication and coordination with: Sellers Buyers Title companies Real estate agents Lenders Inspectors Contractors Vendors Internal team members Any other parties involved in the transaction You'll also: Manage multiple transactions simultaneously Track critical deadlines and contractual obligations Anticipate and resolve problems before they impact the closing timeline Follow up consistently to keep transactions moving forward Communicate proactively with all parties throughout the process Maintain accurate records and update internal systems Deliver an exceptional experience for every client Who Thrives in This Role The right person for this position is: Extremely organized Exceptionally detail-oriented Able to learn new systems and processes quickly Comfortable making decisions and working independently Persistent when faced with obstacles Skilled at managing multiple priorities at the same time A strong communicator who can confidently work with many different personalities Resourceful and solution-oriented Adaptable in a fast-paced environment Motivated by personal and professional growth Grit matters more than industry experience. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, follows through, and refuses to let things fall through the cracks. Real Estate Experience Is Not Required You do not need previous experience as a Realtor or transaction coordinator to succeed in this role. In fact, candidates with backgrounds in operations, project management, customer success, executive assistance, logistics, hospitality, administration, account management, or other fast-paced, detail-oriented environments often excel. We can teach our process. We can't teach ownership, resilience, accountability, and grit. Compensation Compensation includes a base salary plus closed transaction bonuses. This is a full-time, remote position. If you're the type of person who loves organization, enjoys solving problems, learns quickly, and takes pride in seeing a complex project through to completion, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities: • Check each document to verify it has all the correct signatures and dates so the transaction process goes smoothly • Acquire seller approval for offers and counteroffers from buyers to complete the process in a timely manner • Schedule home inspections and any necessary repairs, and assist in negotiations regarding repairs • Enter client information into the client database system and ensure compliance with file requirements by submitting appropriate documentation to the team lead • Set the right expectations with buyers and sellers prior to closing.
