We are looking for an experienced, Colorado-licensed real estate professional to join our team as a Part-Time Transaction Coordinator (TC). This role is ideal for a licensed Colorado agent who has personally handled real estate transactions in Colorado and understands the contract-to-close process from firsthand experience. We need someone who can do more than follow a checklist. You should be able to work independently, think critically, anticipate what needs to happen next, identify missing information or potential issues, and keep transactions moving without needing constant direction. The position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as transaction volume and responsibilities increase. You follow up before something becomes a problem. When an unusual situation comes up, you investigate it, communicate clearly, and help determine the best path forward. You understand that excellent transaction coordination isn't just administrative work—it's making sure nothing falls through the cracks while keeping everyone involved informed and moving toward closing. Compensation & Growth $400 per successfully closed transaction. This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as our transaction volume and the position grow. In your cover letter, please include: Your Colorado real estate license status Your experience handling Colorado real estate transactions Approximately how many transactions you have personally handled or coordinated Your current availabilityWe're looking to hire quickly and would love to hear from experienced Colorado real estate professionals who enjoy the operational side of getting transactions successfully to the closing table Responsibilities: What You'll Be Responsible For You will help manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing, including: Review executed contracts and transaction documents for completeness and accuracy Manage important contract dates, deadlines, contingencies, and closing requirements Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, inspectors, appraisers, and other parties Maintain accurate and complete transaction files Upload, organize, and manage documents within our transaction systems Follow up proactively on outstanding documents, signatures, deadlines, and action items Help ensure Colorado transaction and brokerage compliance requirements are met Keep agents informed of transaction status, upcoming deadlines, missing items, and potential problems Identify issues early and take the initiative to determine the appropriate next step Maintain clear communication with all parties throughout the transaction Help create a smooth contract-to-close experience for both the team and clients Systems You'll Use Experience with the following is strongly preferred: SHUB CTM eContracts Dotloop Qualifications: Experience with other real estate transaction management, CRM, document management, or brokerage systems is also valuable.Required QualificationsYou must: Hold an active Colorado real estate license Be based in the United States Have firsthand experience working on and closing Colorado real estate transactions Understand Colorado real estate contracts, deadlines, disclosures, and transaction processes Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills Be comfortable managing multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Communicate professionally with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other transaction partners Be comfortable learning and working across multiple technology platforms Be dependable, responsive, and proactive Demonstrate strong independent judgment, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills Compensation: $400 per closed transaction
